Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Fallen Angel. By placing an order on our website or purchasing in-store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return and Refund Policy.
Please be advised that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

Selection of incorrect size, color, or texture.

Found a cheaper price elsewhere.

Products damaged by customer misuse or mishandling.
Once a transaction is completed and the product is shipped (or accessed/downloaded in the case of digital goods), the sale is considered absolute and binding.
Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Goods
While we maintain a strict "All Sales Final" policy, we are committed to compliance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective goods.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, you are entitled to a resolution. You must contact us at the email address provided to you in your order confirmation email within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photographic evidence of the damage/defect.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement. A monetary refund will only be issued where required by law or if a replacement is unavailable.
3. Compliance with Local Laws
We acknowledge that consumer protection laws vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any statutory rights or guarantees held by consumers under applicable local laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or EU Consumer Rights Directive).

For UK/EU Customers: If you are a consumer located in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right does not apply to custom-made items, perishable goods, or digital content once accessed.

For Australian Customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
If a specific provision of this policy violates the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed void, but the remainder of the policy shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to file a credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute for any reason that falls under this "All Sales Final" policy (e.g., change of mind).
In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Fallen Angel reserves the right to dispute the claim by providing this agreed-upon policy and proof of delivery to the financial institution. We also reserve the right to blacklist the customer from future purchases and pursue legal action to recover lost funds and administrative fees.
5. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product availability.

Errors in the description or price of the product or service.

Error in your order.

Suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal transaction.
If your order is canceled a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
